Energy Management of Municipalities in the Podlipansko Region<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Since 2023, ENERKOM Podlipansko has been systematically helping municipalities in the region implement Energy Management (EM) as an effective tool for saving energy, managing assets efficiently, and meeting legal obligations.<\/strong>
Our goal is to bring energy consumption under control, identify waste, plan modernisations, and ensure municipalities have access to relevant funding programmes.<\/p>

Unlike one-off audits or studies, we offer municipalities a long-term partnership. Together, we build a transparent and sustainable system for managing energy across all municipal assets.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Where is energy management already in place?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We are currently working with a number of municipalities where we actively manage energy consumption and analyse data from more than 130 public buildings.<\/strong>
These include:
Pe\u010dky, Vitice, Z\u00e1smuky, Kou\u0159im, Tatce, Pla\u0148any, Kostelec nad \u010cern\u00fdmi lesy, \u010cerven\u00e9 Pe\u010dky, Kosteln\u00ed Lhota,<\/strong> and K\u0159e\u010dho\u0159<\/strong>.<\/p>

For each participating municipality, we provide:<\/p>

  • an initial analysis of energy consumption and the technical condition of buildings,<\/p><\/li>

  • setup of monitoring and data collection systems,<\/p><\/li>

  • evaluation of savings potential and recommendations for energy-saving measures,<\/p><\/li>

  • advisory services for funding opportunities (OP\u017dP, IROP, NPO, etc.),<\/p><\/li>

  • proposals for investment plans and links to community energy and renewable sources.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
