none;\"><ul><li><div role=\"presentation\"><p>focused on how\u00a0<b>regions, municipalities and energy communities<\/b>\u00a0can operationalise\u00a0<b>climate adaptation through everyday energy system management<\/b>.<\/p><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><div role=\"presentation\">The work builds on <b>real territorial practice<\/b>\u00a0and explores a\u00a0<b>governance-first digital backbone<\/b>\u00a0that aims to:<\/div><ul><li>reduce operational friction for energy communities (data access, energy sharing, interaction with municipalities),<\/li><li>support cooperation between cooperatives and local authorities,<\/li><li>safeguard\u00a0<b>cooperative principles, data ownership and transparency<\/b>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><div role=\"presentation\"><p>At this stage, we are\u00a0<b>not recruiting broadly<\/b>, but are interested in\u00a0<b>discussion and feedback from mature, operational cooperatives<\/b>, regional agencies and possible partneers<\/p><\/div><\/li><li><div role=\"presentation\">in particular on:<\/div><ul><li>governance and data rules,<\/li><li>practical challenges around collective self-consumption and energy
