Since 2023, ENERKOM Podlipansko has been systematically helping municipalities in the region implement Energy Management (EM) as an effective tool for saving energy, managing assets efficiently, and meeting legal obligations.
Our goal is to bring energy consumption under control, identify waste, plan modernisations, and ensure municipalities have access to relevant funding programmes.
Unlike one-off audits or studies, we offer municipalities a long-term partnership. Together, we build a transparent and sustainable system for managing energy across all municipal assets.
We are currently working with a number of municipalities where we actively manage energy consumption and analyse data from more than 130 public buildings.
These include:
Pečky, Vitice, Zásmuky, Kouřim, Tatce, Plaňany, Kostelec nad Černými lesy, Červené Pečky, Kostelní Lhota, and Křečhoř.
For each participating municipality, we provide:
an initial analysis of energy consumption and the technical condition of buildings,
setup of monitoring and data collection systems,
evaluation of savings potential and recommendations for energy-saving measures,
advisory services for funding opportunities (OPŽP, IROP, NPO, etc.),
proposals for investment plans and links to community energy and renewable sources.
Established energy management brings municipalities a range of concrete benefits:
cost savings through early detection of energy waste,
improved budgeting and planning for modernisation investments,
compliance with legal obligations without the risk of penalties (energy audits, EPCs, inspections),
high-quality documentation for grant applications and energy development plans.
