Podlipansko aims not only to be a leader in community energy in the Czech Republic, but also an active partner in European projects that bring new approaches, technologies, and valuable experience.
That’s why, as part of ENERKOM Podlipansko, we are preparing to participate in international funding programs such as LIFE.
The LIFE Programme focuses on climate protection, biodiversity, and the transition to a low-carbon economy.
LIFE is the EU’s financial instrument supporting projects in the fields of environmental protection, climate action, and the shift towards a sustainable economy. For the 2021–2027 period, it has a budget of €5.45 billion and is divided into Environment and Climate Action areas.
It supports innovation, renewable energy, and nature conservation. Legal entities from EU countries are eligible to apply. In the Czech Republic, the programme involves public institutions, NGOs, and universities.
Advisory support is provided by the Ministry of the Environment through the National Contact Point for LIFE.
