ENERKOM Podlipansko, z.s. is a community energy association that connects municipalities, entrepreneurs, public institutions, and individual citizens.
Our vision is a region that is energy self-sufficient, climate-resilient, and built on cooperation. To achieve this vision, we focus not only on technical projects but also on public awareness, civic engagement, and a collaborative approach to planning.

What do we do for awareness and education?

Local Days for Climate and Energy
In cooperation with municipalities and schools, we organize events focused on environmental education, renewable energy, and climate resilience. Children have the chance to step into the shoes of junior energy specialists, explore solar and wind models, and take part in tree planting or create mental maps of climate-vulnerable areas.
Workshops and Seminars
We organize hands-on workshops for local representatives, public officials, and the general public. These focus on energy sharing, the benefits of being part of an energy community, and examples of good practice from both the Czech Republic and abroad.
Participation and Communication
We believe that a well-informed and actively involved community is the foundation of successful community energy. We welcome input and ideas from citizens, schools, associations, and businesses, and include them in shaping energy development plans for municipalities and the entire region.

Energy Management as the Foundation of Strategic Planning

Our outreach activities are closely linked to our technical work, especially Energy Management (EM) and Local Energy Concepts (LEC), which we develop in cooperation with municipalities.

We measure, evaluate, and propose measures to reduce energy consumption.
We help municipalities systematically manage the energy performance of buildings and public lighting.
We work with real data, which we use to design smart and energy-saving solutions.

We actively involve local stakeholders in this process – schools, utility services, companies, and engaged citizens – all of whom can help shape the direction of local energy development.

We Look Beyond the Region

ENERKOM Podlipansko is also preparing for international cooperation.
We are looking for partners abroad who focus on community energy and climate adaptation – with the goal of sharing experiences, learning from one another, and implementing joint pilot projects.

At the same time, we are actively involved in national and European platforms, where we follow new challenges, funding opportunities, and legislative changes that impact community energy.
